Really good Customer Service and Convenient Location

Ubers and taxis arrived almost instantly given the perfect location, and it was a short walk to the metro and Deira City Centre mall. The breakfast buffet stood out because the main courses changed daily providing great variety. There are plenty of excellent restaurants just outside for dinner.

The customer service was really good, Lyca and Dia in the restaurant knew our preferences by the second day and gave great care. Abu and Manoj at reception were really good assisting with taxi bookings and room service needs. They were always available and efficient.

The hotel offered excellent access to various amenities and transport options making exploration convenient. Metro station proximity allowed easy access to key attractions, and nearby shopping centers provided options for retail therapy. This central position enhanced the overall travel experience.

parking disastermissing remote
I found the parking situation less than stellar . It seemed like a constant battle with the security staff. they always had some reason why i couldn't park somewhere, even though other cars were parked all wonky. and then , when i checked out , the cleaner couldn't find the remote and they wanted to charge me for it! talk about adding insult to injury , especially since there was no price list to begin with.

i booked an apartment with two bedrooms and a kitchen. i used the washing machine. i cooked meals. i also used the swimming pool. mr abu helped me with taxis. he also gave me directions.
i noticed a slight onion smell from restaurants below leaked into the room.
